How do I know if one of my favourite brands is coming back?

Whenever possible, we’ll email you or do a post on our Facebook page for new items or products that we are bringing back by popular demand. We really love feedback from everyone so be sure to let us know when you do love something and vice versa.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we're an online-only boutique.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship Australia wide, New Zealand and Singapore but some territories, postcodes, and P.O. boxes may not be eligible for shipping.

Please refer to guidelines in areas that may not be accessible for our couriers and we sincerely apologise in advance. hopes to expand into other countries as our ‘’Family’’ ( you the customer ) gets bigger .

About Shipping

We work with several main carriers along with our manufacturers and suppliers. Depending on their location, parcels may need to switch from one carrier to another as some items may be shipped from overseas and some from within Australia.

Please keep in mind that It is your responsibility to enter the correct address & details for delivery Ozziebargains does not guarantee delivery if the address is entered incorrectly or the address is provided to Ozziebargains after the purchase of the deal and the item has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Can I consolidate my shipping cost?

We do not always consolidate your multi-product orders, but every product will be tracked - We have taken the approach of getting the lowest cost shipping available since we strive to provide quality products with low prices, we charge shipping on each separate item purchased, similar products that are purchased in one transaction will only be charged a single shipping fee. This also allows you to specify the delivery time for each product, we are always looking to improve your experience so trust that we are looking to be able to provide these services in the near future. We offer FREE SHIPPING on Selected products and a Standard Shipping fee of ONLY $8.90.
They are always the same according to the products that you choose so you are never surprised with massive shipping fees at the checkout in NZ and AUS provided that standard shipping is selected. This may vary if you choose express shipping options which we intend to set up once we can find a cost effective carrier to work with us.

There is nothing hidden on our site. At the checkout, the item/s price + shipping will be fully disclosed - you will have the shipping options and corresponding fees, so you know your options and total costs upfront. Where are the products made?

We work with many different brands and wholesalers that manufacture goods around the world. Look for the origin information on the product page, to just name a few, some products are made in Brazil, China, S.E. Asia, Eastern Europe and our ever growing number of locally made Australian products which we absolutely love and support wholeheartedly.

Why is my order still "processing"?

We search far and wide to find great deals! Getting the goods we find into your hands requires a few steps. Normally orders are fulfilled and delivered within 3 weeks, depending on its origin. We will notify you if we find out of a possible delay outside of this normal time. Shipping estimated times are in each product description. What happens after I pay for my Item ?

The way our delivery channel works is when you place an order, a purchasing order will be sent to the manufacturer dependent on where the item is made or stored in our fulfillment centers. Our main courier service will pick up your item, send us a tracking ID and look after it during the whole process till it reaches you.

What is your REFUND and WARRANTY Policy for Electronic Products?

1) For electronic products, we advise that you check and test your item as soon as you get the chance after it has been delivered.Please note that the warranty on all electronic items is the Manufactures/ suppliers warranty and that Ozziebargains can't be held liable for directly fixing the item as an authorized re-seller but we will be responsible in rectifying the issue with the supplier/manufacturer of the product.We will always endeavor to solve the issue according to the manufacturers/suppliers guideline Our policy is as follows.

  • Items that are Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.) must be reported immediately and returned to us within 5 working days. We cannot guarantee anything if this is not done within the time frame due to the suppliers DOA terms. You have the option of a full refund or a replacement via express delivery. We hope you give us the chance to replace the item as( D.O.A) is not common but has been known to occur from time to time.
  • If there is a technical issue with the item in the first 14 DAYS as per our refund policy i.e: Fuzzy screen, Non-Responsive touch screen, jammed buttons, issues with charging, error message when turned on etc you need to notify us as soon as possible with a video or screen shot on the issue. This is helpful to us and will help us serve you better. Once we have been notified and understand the issue and find that it is a minor fault, we will discuss the issue under the instructions of our manufacturer/supplier, find a service center for that product that is close your address and you will be asked to service the item there or if the item has been sent to us we will post it to that location. In any case , We will cover the cost for the service so you have peace of mind. we will endeavor to solve the issue professionally and promptly keeping you informed all the way.
  • In a case where an item needs major technical attention, it has to be sent back to the supplier or manufacturer if its still under the warranty timeline and product terms.
